The Roots were joined by a very special guest star on the Late Night with Jimmy Fallon this week, in the form of President Barack Obama joining the show's house band to 'slow jam' his latest education policy.
The POTUS made a suprise appearance on the show to outline his plans over a smooth backing track provided by Questlove and the rest of the crew.
Reading out news on Obama's plans to stop a rise in interest rates on student loans, Fallon kicked off the jam before the Prez made his surprise appearance to wild applause, announcing: "I'm President Barack Obama - and I too, want to slow jam the news."
It's not the first time Obama has showed off his love of music live stage, breaking into a rendition of Al Green's Let's Stay Together while taking giving a speech in Harlem earlier this year.
