It's not called the city of romance for no reason, and Mariah Carey and hubby Nick Cannon certainly took advantage of this as they jetted off to Paris to renew their wedding vows last week.
The star couple chose to celebrate their fourth year as husband and wife on Friday, three days before their actual anniversary (April 30) - which also happens to be the first birthday of their adorable twins Monroe and Moroccan.
"Tonight was an incredible night, I can't express how amazing it was to renew our vows in Paris at the top of the Eiffel tower," the 42-year-old Grammy award-winning singer tweeted.
"Thank you so much to all the fans who came out as always and showed their love and support. I love you!''
With the Eiffel Tower as their backdrop, Mariah, who wore a white satin mermaid-style gown with a black bow, beamed as a white suit-clad Cannon got down on one knee, took her hand, and looked into her eyes during the intimate ceremony at La Maison Blanche hotel.
Before they jetted off to the French capital, the America's Got Talent host hinted that he and his superstar wife were planning something ''special and unique'' - and it looks like they achieved their goal with the lavish celebration.
"I have to do it every single year,” Cannon explained of their romantic tradition. “If you were married to Mariah Carey, you’d want to marry her every year too! I just have to keep doing it to make sure it’s real."
