Barack Obama's campaign have critisized Ludacris over his lyrical assault on the presidential candidates opponents.
The pro - Obama track 'Politics As Usual' slams John McCain, Hilary Clinton and Jesse Jackson.
Ludacris raps, “McCain don't belong in any chair unless he's paralysed/ Yeah I said it, 'cause Bush is mentally handicapped.”
Obamas campaign team have rejected the song saying, “This song is not only outrageously offensive to Senator Clinton, Reverend Jackson, Senator McCain, and President Bush, it is offensive to all of us who are trying to raise our children with the values we hold dear.”
This may come as a suprise to ludacris, who boasts in the song that Obama is a fan of his.
Obamas spokesman continued, “As Barack Obama has said many, many times in the past, rap lyrics today too often perpetuate misogyny, materialism, and degrading images that he doesn't want his daughters or any children exposed to.”
