Tulisa Contostavlos has revealed Cheryl Cole helped her through her embarrassing sex tape ordeal by sending her a ''really nice text'' offering support after the scandal.
The 'Young' hitmaker revealed the 'Call My Name' singer offered the N-Dubz singer support after x-rated footage of her performing a sex act on ex-boyfriend Justin Edwards was released online last month.
''I've been in touch with Cheryl. I actually had a really nice text from her after my 'hoo-hah' a couple of weeks ago, offering her support," Tulisa told the Daily Mirror.
But Tulisa insists Cheryl is still "the nation's sweetheart," even though she has been given the title since replacing the Girls Aloud singer on The X Factor judging panel.
"When people say I'm the new 'nation's sweetheart' I'm like, 'No! That role will always belong to Cheryl!' I've become the nation's little rebel," Tulisa added.
Earlier this week, Tulisa was named as the "sexiest woman in the world" by FHM.
