Missy Elliot is eager to start a family but is too scared to give birth.

The Hip hop queen would love to have a family and become a biological mother to her brood but is terrified to give birth to them herself.

“I most definitely want kids, but I'll probably adopt kids,” the 37-year-old tells People.com. “I don't know if I can take that kind of pain [of labor]. Maybe in the year 2020 you could just pop a baby out and it'd be fine. But right now I'd rather just adopt.”

Missy's seventh album is coming out soon and she's on MTV's America's Best Dance Crew.

We're wondering when she'll have time in her busy life to start a family!
