Kanye West is being sued because apparently he stole the idea for his hit single 'Stronger'.
Apparently, songwriter Vincent 'Vince P' Peters filed a federal copyright infringement lawsuit last week saying that rapper, West, ripped off his track of the same name.
Peters accused West of stealing the track after he gave the rapper's business manager, John Monopoly, a copy of his song in 2006, before a similar song featured on West's 'Graduation' album.
In the lawsuit it says that West's version is pretty much the same as the one he gave Monopoly as it "copies significant and important parts of Peters' lyrics identically or almost identically."
