The fight between Chris Brown and Drake at a NYC nightclub didn’t only leave the R&B singer and his bodyguard injured, but also San Antonia Spurs player Tony Parker, who was also present at the scene.
According to reports, Eva Longoria’s ex had shards of glass strike him, leaving his with a scratched retina on one of his eyes during the infamous brawl.
Wearing dark sunglasses, the French athlete described the incident during a press conference earlier today.
"I was with my friend Chris Brown and me and my friends took some punches, so I'll be missing the start of the French team because I can't do anything for a week except keep the lens in and then take drops," said Parker.
Parker also said that he was wearing "therapeutic" contact lens and had to go to an emergency room for treatment after arriving in Paris.
"At first it was OK, but then it started getting worse and when the plane landed it was really hurting so I went straight to the ER."
The basketball player has been ordered by doctors to rest for a week, but he insists that the incident will not prevent his plans to compete in the upcoming Summer Olympics in London.
"The cornea has been touched. I can't do anything for seven days. But I was lucky. The injury won't prevent me from competing in the Olympics in any way," added Parker.
The 30-year-old was attending a birthday party for Ne-Yo's manager Javon Smith hotspot W.i.P, when a brawl broke out between Brown and Drake’s entourages.
