The daughter of Motown legend Diana Ross has been hospitalised after being involved in a car crash.

Chudney Ross, the singer's daughter with Robert Silberstein, was apparently pulling out of a parking lot in Malibu when her Land Rover collided with another vehicle.

According to TMZ Ross and a passenger were taken to a local hospital as a precautionary measure although no serious injuries were suffered.

Two other people in the other vehicle were also sought medical attention for neck and back injuries.

Ross, 33, was later visited at the hospital by her sister Tracee.
