Foxy Brown has been arrested and charged with violating an order of protection from neighbour, Arlene Raymond.

The same neighbour, Raymond, was who accused Brown of striking her with a Blackberry mobile three years ago, in 2007, according to police.

Brown apparently met the neighbour by accident in Prospect Park in Brooklyn where they both live, and instead of ignoring Raymond, Brown asked: "B*tch what you looking at?" and exchanged words.

After this, Raymond called the police, according to sources.

Brown was charged formally yesterday with one count of criminal contempt.
