Damon Dash is still feeling his fall-out with Jay-Z, after stopping paying his mortgage payments on his loft, he is now having to go through foreclosure.

The hip hop fallen mogul bought the loft for an estimated $3 million and once tried to selling the property for double its value at $7 million. But, the market didn't want it and he continued to pay the $78,504.20 a month mortgage payments

An auction for the property will be held today (28 July 2010) at 1pm.

The listing for the loft states: “This stunning 5,200 SF duplex loft boasts 20 foot ceilings in the living room, 4 bedrooms and 4 baths on TriBeCas best block. While his former-pal has been facing hardship - Jay-Z has been making the rounds and playing at a few festivals.
