Jay Sean has revealed that he thinks Nicki Minaj is "incredible".

The British R&B singer who has collaborated with the Young Money star on his track 2012, explained to MTV News US how he enjoyed working with her and how it was Nicki who called him up and asked if she could work with him.

And with Jay already saying that he wanted to work with Nicki, the Down singer was more than happy to oblige.

He said: “It was actually a surprise for me, when Nicki Minaj heard 2012 she called me and she was like, 'I love it! It's sick. I'm going in on this!'

“I'm a fan of Nicki's. I think she's incredible and I had wanted to work with her for a while, but when she picked this song out herself, I was like, 'Go ahead. Bless it. Please'.”
