Rihanna has been honoured with a waxwork figure of herself at the prestigious Madame Tussauds.

The 'Rude Boy' singer visited the figure in Washington DC, just a week before it's unveiled to the public.

Even though Rihanna wasn't there for the unveiling, a spokesperson from the museum told People.com that she "absolutely loved it".

As you can see, the figure has her old hairstyle in blonde and now the singer is sporting flame red curls.

Rihanna's waxwork has been dressed in a black lace corset with a fitted jacket and trousers, which were inspired by an outfit with the singer wore to the French design house Balmain's show during last year's Paris Fashion Week.
