Chris Brown has taken to Twitter to thank his fans for the support they've shown after he has scored a number one single and movie in the US.

The singer and actor seems to be making huge steps in a positive direction since his new single 'Deuces' hit the top spot on the charts in America and the film 'Takers' also took poll position at the US Box Office.

Brown was arrested and convicted last year for assaulting his former girlfriend singer Rihanna but Breezy announced his gratitude on Twitter for the fans who have supported him throughout this tough period.

The 'Run It' singer tweeted: “#1 single in the country and the #1 movie in the country. life has turned around for me.i couldn't be more happier. thanks to the fans.”

And even though, not everyone went to see the film because Chris Brown's in it - he later tweeted: “Thanks to everyone who is supporting my movie takers. I love yall. Means a lot to me.”

The film also features T.I. (who was arrested last night for drug possession), Zoe Saldana, Matt Dillon and Paul Walker.
