Hip Hop mogul Sean 'P.Diddy' Combs is being sued by one of his former employess after they claim he fired them because of disability and age discrimination.

It's been reported that Francesca Spero, 51, "clashed with" Diddy after she revealed that she needed hip surgery in 2008, according to TMZ.

Spero was formerly the vice president of management and publishing for his label, Bad Boy Records and she claims that she "suffered a relapse" into addiction of alchohol and prescription medication which caused a disability.

The disgruntled former employee also alleges that Diddy tried to "freeze her" out of her role at the label until she was later fired and replaced in March 2010. Her replacement was 10-15 years younger than her and "lacked her skill set" in Spero's opinion.

P Diddy's former employee is now claiming $12 million from him and Bad Boy Records for disability and age discrimination.

A representative for Diddy told TMZ: "This is a grab for money by someone who concedes in her complaint to having had a drug relapse while on the job and an employer who was not satisfied with her work."

They also added:  "There are many reasons why Ms. Spero is no longer employed by Bad Boy, but age discrimination is not one of them."
