Queen Latifah will receive an award at this year's 2010 ADCOLOR awards for her work as a role model and industry leader in entertainment.

The rapper and actress will recieve the honour at the November award ceremony in Miami.

Hosting the event for the Association of National Advertisers' Multicultural Marketing and Diversity Conference, which will see seven different categories, Rising Star, Change Agent, Innovator, Legend, Creative of the Year, MVP (Most Valuable Partnership) and this year's All-Star Queen Latifah, will be CNN anchor Soledad O'Brien.
