The dramatic moments when Khloe Kardashian realises that she's lost her nine-carat engagement ring have been captured for the new series of 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians', according to Us Weekly.

The reality star apparently went into panic mode when she couldn't find her engagement ring from husband Lamar Odom and she screamed: "I'm going to die!" to her mum Kris Jenner.

Her older sister Kim Kardashian was there to help calm the 26-year-old down. Apparently, she searches through a jewellery box saying: "It's got to be here somewhere!"

Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom will be celebrating thier first anniversary this month.

Err - I know this girl probably has a lot of jewellery but a ring worth this much? I wouldn't let it out of my sight!
