Kourtney Kardashian has dished the dirt on who her sister Kim is dating.

If you're expecting it to be another sports star or even Justin Bieber, then you might be disappointed because according to Kourtney, Kim is dating her work.

Talking to People, the eldest Kardashian sister said:

“She's dating her work. Kim is a workaholic. Kim is having fun. I don't think she's found that perfect person for her yet.

“Everything happens for a reason, like Khloe (Kardashian) and Lamar (Odom). One second you meet someone, and you're married a month later. You never know. There is no time limit. Not everyone meets their perfect person at the same age."

Who would be the perfect partner for Kim?
