Mocienne Petit Jackson, the woman who claims to be Michael Jackson's illegitimate child, has had her paternity case denied.

TMZ report that Mocienne, who claimed in the lawsuit that she is the daughter of Dr Barbara Ross-Lee and niece to Diana Ross, believed that she was conceived during a fling Michael and Barbara had in 1975.

Therefore, she wanted to carry out a DNA test to prove that Michael was her father.

Dr Barbara, however, has denied ever meeting or having a fling with the late King of Pop and has described Mocienne as “delusional”.

Now that Mocienne's case has been denied, she will not be able to conduct a DNA test and her applications for custody of Michael's children and his estate have also been denied.
