DMX is in trouble with the law again after failing to attend a court hearing in Phoenix on Tuesday.

The rapper was up on a felony drug charge a bench warrant has now been issued for his arrest by Commissioner Phenonia Miller.

DMX has spent much of 2008 in trouble with the law, just last month he pleaded not guilty to felony charges of theft and identity theft after being accused of using a false identity to pay medical bills.

He was arrested for speeding in January by Phoenix police, then in May he was charged with suspected drug possession and animal cruelty.

Arrests followed in June and July, firstly for allegedly trying to buy drugs from an undercover police officer and then for violating the terms of his bail.
