Another day, another run in with the law for DMX – this time he has been arrested while out shopping in Miami.

The rapper was put in cuffs by the police as he left Wal-Mart, this is the sixth time he has been arrested in 2008.

A warrant for DMX's arrest was issued in Arizona on Tuesday after he failed to show in court.

His lawyer Cahrles Kozelka told TMZ that he was in the process of working out the details of a self-surrender when police spotted him on the shopping trip.
