R Kelly is set to sue two Los Angeles nightclub promoters who used his name to market an event without his prior permission.
The troubled singer has filed a law suit with the Los Angeles Superior Court claiming that the promoters for Sugar nightclub told people he would host an upcoming party.
Kelly says that the claims constitute false advertising because he knew nothing about it.
It makes a change for Kelly to be in the right for a change!
