Damon Dash looks set to lose his luxury New York apartments after he fell behind on his mortgage payment.
Eastern Savings Bank has filed a lawsuit against the Roc-A-Fella mogul claiming he owes them money dating back to January for two houses in New York.
He has apparently missed all the $78,500 per month instalments since then and he could now face foreclosure on the $7.3m properties according to Page Six.
This isn’t the first time Dash has had financial woes, last year he was accused of owing $2m in back charges to the NY tax department.
