Jessica Alba has claimed that her family used to embarass her so she didn't like to introduce new boyfriends to them.

The 29-year-old actress said that her outspoken family used to say things that would make her cringe (don't all family's do this?).

The 'Machete' actress said: "My family is actually pretty out of control. Whenever I would bring boyfriends home I was always there cringing knowing they were about to say that thing they always say.

"My mum would always say, 'I brought you into this world and I can take you out too'. I'm like, 'Mum! That's so embarrassing'."
