Dr Dre is in mourning after his son's death.
20 year old Andre Young Jr was found lying unconscious at his Woodland Hills home on Saturday morning (23 Aug).
He had arrived home from a night out with friends at 5.30am.
His mother found him unresponsive when she checked on him at 10am and instantly called emergency services. Andre was pronounced dead at the scene.
Dre's publicist released this statement to TaleTela "“Dr. Dre is mourning the loss of his son Andre Young Jr. Please respect his family’s grief and privacy at this time."
The cause of death is currently unknown as officials await the results of a post-mortem examination. Foul play is not suspected.
