DMX is reportedly trying to agree a deal that would mean an early release from jail in Florida.

The man with the longest rap sheet in Hip Hop is currently behind bars after he was arrested following a missed court date in Arizona.

He was denied bail on Monday but has now apparently worked out a plea deal that will see him leave the clink in 15 days time.

According to TMZ, the terms of the deal mean DMX will be sentenced to time served and a $483 fine will be applied.

The rapper is due back in court on October 2.
