It really was a case of the show must go on last night when Rihanna performed at the 2011 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

The 'S&M' singer may have been ill but RiRi gave it her all in her performances with Drake and Eminem, whose duet for 'Love The Way You Lie' was nominated for Record Of The Year as well

The 'What's My Name' singer, who was nominated for four awards, tweeted the day before: "Bronchitis and laryngitis boo! I'm still goin to rehearsals tho! Sunday is everything."

She also tweeted to DJ Ryan Seacrest: "I'm on every med under the sun! Don't wanna miss a thang!!!"

Last week, the 'S&M' singer was forced to pull out of a charity concert for the Women's Cancer Research Fund due to a severe case of bronchitis. Although she was swiftly replaced by Cee Lo Green, the singer was determined not to miss Sunday night's action.
