Every woman loves a good gossip with their friends and that’s why shows such as 'Loose Women' and 'The View' are so popular. Not one to miss out on all the fun, rumours are swirling that Nicole Richie is thinking of creating her own talk show.

A source revealed to InTouch Magazine that Nicole thinks her show could be the next big thing. They said: “Nicole loves the idea of hosting her own show. She sees herself as the next Oprah.” Further details of the new venture are yet to be revealed, although it is thought the range of topics will include: fashion, parenting and celebrity tips.

There is no one better to give advice to others than Nicole, who has battled with a number of issues in the media. Back in 2005, Nicole experienced a very public feud with former BFF Paris Hilton, with whom she starred in reality show 'The Simple Life'. The following year, the 29-year-old was plagued by stories of her dramatic weight loss when pictures of her surfaced looking thin and frail.

When asked about potential competition in the form of Nicole’s proposed new show, Elisabeth Hasselbeck, co-host of 'The View', said: “I think she is the most wonderful woman I have a feeling she can do anything.”
