Shakira and her boyfriend Gerard Pique had a very public embrace last night as Barcelona lost to Real Madrid in a Cup Final and the singer comforted her new man in the stands.

The 'Hips Don't Lie' singer watched as her boyfriend's team lost to rivals Real Madrid and had to comfort him as he made his way to the stands for a cuddle.

Pique may have lost out to Copa Del Rey, the King's Cup, because of Christiano Ronaldo's late goal but he did have Shakira, 34, waiting to console him.

Shakira looked as upset for her boyfriend, who is nine years younger, and he clambered through fans to reach the pop star.

It must be love.
