In a case of mistaken identity, Yeezy was pictured with a blonde girl in Cannes earlier this week swapping juices, but Uptons insists that she wasn't even in France at the time.

The woman actually kissing Kanye West was French actress Virginie Maury, but as Upton was reportedly seen leaving a party with Yeezy earlier this year, the media believed that the teen was his girlfriend.

Tweeting to deny her relationship with the rapper, Upton wrote: "Hey I said I wasnt in Cannes come on that girl doesn't even look like me... I'm not with kanye, I'm not dating kanye."
