Lil' Wayne has become a father for the second time.

Weezy, real name Dwayne Michael Carter Jr., welcomed a baby boy on Wednesday, just days after he announced he would be a father again at the 2008 BET Hip Hop Awards.

The newborn, named Dwayne Carter III, was born at Christ Hospital in Cincinnati, Ohio on Wednesday afternoon, the identity of the tot's mother is still unknown.

The rapper already has a nine-year-old daughter, Reginae, with ex-wife Antonia Carter.
