'Fantastic Four' actress Jessica Alba has revealed she is using her grandmother's work out tips in order to keep slim after the birth of her second child.

'Sin City' actress Alba is due to give birth later this year to her second child with husband Cash Warren and says she will continue to exercise until the baby is born.

Talking to Latina magazine, the Hollywood A-Lister revealed: "I'd like to still do something five days a week, from a half hour to an hour - nothing excessive, just some moving (around). It makes the whole pregnancy so much easier. The more fit you are, the easier the birth is, and a healthier baby you're going to have."

In another interview, Alba, who is mother to three-year-old Honor, revealed her grandmother's secrets but said it could just be down to good genetics!

She told People.com: "My grandmother was amazing. She would go home and would put on the clothes that she wore before she got pregnant with all five of her kids. It's definitely good genetics, but she also worked through all of her pregnancies. Just being on your feet and moving probably helped."

The actress also added she couldn't contain her excitement over her new arrival, saying: "Aww... They're little peanuts! They're just the best. Their smell, and the cuddling! They're so sweet."
