Nelly has confirmed he and Ashanti are a couple - four years after the pair started dating.

The singer has admitted he "likes having fun" and "hanging out" with the R&B star.

And when asked if the romance is serious, Nelly tells People magazine, "I think it's always serious when you can hang with a person continuously... and have fun."
