Janet Jackson has admitted that her late brother's children think that she's "the cool aunt" as she discussed her relationship with Prince, Paris and Blanket.

The 'Scream' singer revealed that the Jackson family are very tight and that her nieces and nephews confide in her whenever they need to.

In an interview with Closer magazine, the 44-year-old said: "We are a very close family. I love them all very much."

She also added: "A lot of my nieces and nephews come to me when they need someone to talk to. I've been told I'm the cool aunt!"

Jackson doesn't have any children of her own, but is there for her nieces and nephews especially after Michael's death in 2009. She has said that she still thinks of him every day because they shared "every dream, every confidence".
