Tracy Morgan has caused outrage for the second time in just a few weeks, following an offensive disability gag he made on stage.

The comedian was performing his first gig since the last scandal at Caroline's Comedy Club in New York City when he made the off-colour joke last weekend. Sources have claimed that the audience groaned when he said: "Don't ever mess with women who have retarded kids... Them young retarded males is strong. They're strong like chimps!"

The joke didn't go down too well, and now Arc - an advocacy group for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, has now called for Tracy to apologise for his remarks.

Peter Burns, CEO of Arc, said: "Tracy Morgan should apologise immediately. This quote is far too offensive to be excused as comedy, and it is very hurtful to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their familes."

Last month, Tracy apologised for a homosexual joke he made during a performance.

Should Tracy should apologise or are people taking it too seriously?
