Monica has married NBA Lakers player Shannon Brown in a second wedding ceremony, this weekend.

The R&B singer first married Shannon in November last year in a secret ceremony at their Los Angeles home. However, the couple wanted to share their special day with close friends and family, so organised a second ceremony which took place this weekend.

According to People magazine, the two exchanged their vows in front of hundreds of guests at a renovated cathedral in downtown LA on Saturday. Monica wore a Stephane Rolland and walked down the aisle in front of celebrity friends including Ciara, Cee-Lo Green, Ashanti, Nelly, Polow Da Don, Lala Vasquez, Carmelo Anthony and Ludacris who is also godfather to her two sons.

It is also reported that Jermaine Dupri acted as DJ for the night.

Monica and Shannon met last summer when shooting the music video for her single 'Love All Over Me.'
