Brooklyn's Don Diva Foxy Brown is allegedly launching a $100 million lawsuit against New York for her arrest in the mooning case.
The rapper's lawyer Salvatore Strazzullo has reportedly told the New York Post that he was going to file the lawsuit against the city after the rapper claimed that she was treated "maliciously" by the Assistant District Attorney's office.
Earlier this week, a Brooklyn judge dismissed the case that saw the rapper being accused of mooning by a neighbour, Arlene Raymond, who later refused to testify.
Raymond and Brown have had a long history, after in July 2007, Brown was sentenced to time in prison after being found guilty of hitting Raymond in the face with a Blackberry.
The rapper has later been accused of violating the restraining order that was put in place since the 2007 incident.
According to AllHipHop.com, Foxy's lawyer has said that her mooning case was a waster of tax payers' money.
