Star Jones was given her legal papers for violating her divorce agreement during a recent book signing in New York.

The 'Celebrity Apprentice' star was autographing fans' copies of her book 'Satan's Sisters' at a book shop in East Hampton on Saturday (July 23) when she was served with the papers by a representative of her ex-husband Al Reynolds, reports Page Six.

Reynolds reportedly insists that Jones had broken the agreement not to make "disparaging remarks" about their relationship and each other in the media, and she reportedly described their marriage as "kind of booty" in an interview with Wendy Williams in March.

Now investment banker Reynolds is demanding $50,000 in damages for the remarks.

Representatives from both parties have refused to comment on the matter.
