Tamera Mowry has claimed that she has "twin telepathy" with her sister Tia and that she even felt one of her contractions when Tia went into labour in June.
The 'Sister, Sister' star, who is launching a reality show with her twin sister, has said that they can each feel what the other is feeling or thinking.
In an interview with The Huffington Post, the 33-year-old actress said: "Tia and I have twin telepathy. I know exactly what she's thinking, I can feel her and I can sense her. All I have to do is look in her eyes and I can tell what she's thinking and vice versa."
After going into birth for her son Cree Taylor, who was born in June, Tamera explained how that she felt the strong bond.
"I actually felt one of her contractions! I knew she was having some type of pain - I felt it. Not only that, but I was craving the things she was craving, like nachos! I don't even eat nachos," she explained.
Tamera also revealed how since the sisters have grown up and developed their own lives, by getting married and having children, it's been difficult to be away from each other.
"My sister and I are going through some of the most vulnerable moments in a woman's life... so although we want to be in each other's lives, we can't all of the time, and this causes some frustration and a lot of tears," she explained.
