Joe Jonas and Jay Sean have announced that they will be hitting the road for a joint tour later this year.

On his 22nd birthday, Joe Jonas revealed that he will be teaming with the Cash Money singer for a tour later this year that'll kick off at Boston's House of Blues on September 6 before hitting 19 cities such as Chicago and Los Angeles, reports EW.com.

During the tour, Jonas will be releasing his debut solo album 'FastLife' on October 11, while Jay Sean is also gearing up for a new album release.

Jay Sean, who is currently touring in India, is set to drop his fourth studio album Freeze Time.

Tweeting each other yesterday, Jay Sean responded to Joe's tweet: "yeeeah man..this is gon be crazy.ready2kill it! RT @joejonas It's official. Hitting the road with my boy @jaysean this fall."
