The nominations for this year’s Urban Music Awards have come out and Wretch 32, Jessie J, Adele, and Tinie Tempah lead the way.

Though the 26-year-old’s upcoming LP ‘Black and White’ is not released yet, London rapper Wretch 32 leads the way with a record six nominations, including 'Artist of the Year', 'Best Hip-Hop Act' and 'Best Male Artist'.

Pop singer Jessie J, 23 is up for four categories Artist of the Year, Best Album for 2011 release ‘Who You Are’, Best Female Artist, and Best Single for ‘Nobody's Perfect.’

Both will face strong competition from rapper Example, also with four nominations and soul giant Adele who is up for Best Female Artist and Best Album for the chart-dominating ‘21.’

The Urban Music Awards are decided by public votes, and will take place in London on September 14.
