Lady Gaga has beaten Beyonce and Oprah Winfrey on Forbes' list of the 100 most powerful women in the world.
The 'Judas' singer has been listed at number 11 on the list, falling four places since last year when she reached number seven.
But Gaga managed to beat media mogul Oprah Winfrey, who is at number 14 on the list.
Despite the list being dominated by policians and businesswomen, Gaga is the top celebrity to make the list.
Beyonce is the next celebrity at number 18.
