Nelly has reportedly borrowed $500,000 from his girlfriend Ashanti, but has failed to pay her back a penny.

According to MediaTakeOut, the 'Just A Dream' rapper has asked his girlfriend for a series of loans throughout their relationship but hasn't paid her back.

An insider told the media outlet: "Nelly has [over the course of their relationship] borrowed more than £50K from Ashanti... and he promised to pay it all back."

"But Ashanti hasn't seen one penny. He bought her a couple of dresses, and took her on some trips, but what about a check[?]... he really needs to give her back her money."

While the couple have never publicly confirmed that they are dating, rumours have been rife for years that they are in a relationship but prefer to keep it quiet.
