Janet Jackson made a defiant return to the stage yesterday following the conviction of Conrad Murray.
The singer was absent in the courtroom yesterday as Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of her brother Michael. The rest of her family, including sister Latoya and mother Katherine were all present to witness the former doctor be held responsible for the death of the popstar.
Janet performed at Sydney's Opera House in Australia as part of her Number Ones tour and rocked out most of her hits including 'Scream,' 'Rhythm Nation,' 'Nasty' and 'All For You.' During the performance, she addressed the guilty verdict, telling the audience: "Justice was good today."
The appearance comes as Janet was forced to cancel earlier tour dates in Australia so that she could attend the trial.
