Leona Lewis looked effortlessly stunning when she hosted a charity benefit for the Hopefield Animal Sanctuary in Los Angeles last weekend.

The 26-year-old Happy singer wore a nude, floor-length gown which glistened with diamantes and looked every inch a worldwide superstar. Leona is a well-known animal lover and often campaigns for their wellbeing, so it was no surprise that she chose to host the benefit.

Leona was joined by some of her celebrity friends including Natasha Bedingfield and Glee star Matthew Morrison.

Also attending the event was Angela Simmons who is also a keen supporter of animal rights. Speaking after the event, she told The Examiner: "I'm cool with Leona and I wanted to support the organisation. It's great that she's saving animals. I love animals and kids. It's my weakness. I had to come."
