Paula Patton, Queen Latifah and Vivica A. Fox were the epitome of elegance last night as they attended the world premiere of Joyful Noise at Grauman's Chinese Theatre in Hollywood.

The three ladies were joined by other members of the cast and crew as they posed for photos on the red carpet. Fresh from a gruelling promotional tour of her new movie Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol, Paula kept it simple in a navy blue dress which was jazzed up with a zip down the front.

Meanwhile, Queen Latifah looked stunning in a turquoise, ruffled long-sleeved dress which she teamed with brown heels. 

Despite splitting from her boyfriend of three years recently, Vivica looked happy and glowing in a flattering beige bodycon and played around, blowing kisses to the photographers.
