Jennifer Hudson looked like a goddess last night when she attended a cocktail party in New York City, after a fashion mishap the day before.

The 'I Remember Me' singer has been doing the promotional rounds recently to promote her new book I Got This: How I Changed My Ways and Lost What Weighed Me Down. Jennifer flaunted her incredible figure in a yellow knee-length shift dress, that clung to her curves in all the right places.

Jennifer's evening look made a stark contrast to the outfit she wore for her appearance on the Today show, where she opted for a frumpy outfit.

The cocktail party was held to celebrate Jennifer's cover on Good Housekeeping magazine and her book launch.
