The 54th Grammy Awards were held last night at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and, as expected, the celebrities attempted to out-do each other in the style stakes.

But no one looked as classy - shock - as Rihanna who strutted along the red carpet in a stunning, black, floor-length backless gown, with a plunging neck line.

Also repping it for the ladies was Kelly Rowland, who opted for a pink gown with a meshed bodice, while Amber Rose brought a bit of colour in a yellow, one-shouldered dress with a side split.

Jessie J was also surprisingly well-dressed while Adele looked lovely in a black, sparkly number.
