US singer-songwriter Skylar Grey played her first UK gig at XOYO in Shoreditch, London last night.

An excited Grey tweeted beforehand: “Looking forward to my first ever London show!”

The singer who's had much recent success featuring on records with Diddy Dirty Money, Dr. Dre and Lupe Fiasco, is coming into her own with the release of her major label debut album 'Invinsible' on KIDinaKORNER Records and Interscope Records later this year.

Eminem's hit 'Love The Way You Lie' featuring Rihanna - whose chorus Grey wrote - earnt the Wisconsin native two Grammy Award nominations and has been downloaded 10 million times globally and spent seven weeks at number one in the Billboard Hot 100

The 25-year-old also found some time to drop into ITV studios to perform her single also entitled 'Invincible' and appeared at the V festival with Eminem over the weekend.
