Cash Money Records have recently expanded their artist roster with a signing no-one could have seen coming - '90s rock-rappers Limp Bizkit.
At the height of their popularity the Florida band topped the Billboard charts with 'Rollin' (Air Raid Vehicle)' taken from their 6x Platinum album Chocolate Starfish and the Hotdog Flavoured Water - although that was ten years ago.
Still, label boss Birdman clearly still sees some money-making potential in the band, with Limp Bizkit leader Fred Durst announced the new deal in a tweet earlier today: "The game is missing danger, electricity, and rock n roll!!!!"
"Rock s**t doesn't rock anymore! They say the whole game done went pop so I'm back in this ho! #CMLB"
Limp Bizkit will join Cash Money's varied range of new signees, including rap veterans Mystikal and Busta Rhymes and former American Idol contestant Chris Richardson
Smart business move from the Stunnaman - or have Limp Bizkit's time passed?
